1965 Ordered on behalf of A/S Sobral (Øivind Lorentzen), Oslo in January 1965. 1967 Built as motor vessel AMASONE by Furness Shipbuilding Company Ltd, Haverton Hill-on-Tees. Launched on 11/05-1967. Sold to and delivered from the yard to Thor Dahl Hvalfangerselskap A/S (A/S Thor Dahl), Sandefjord as THORSDRAKE. Delivered 28/07-1967. 1972 Hit ice east of Newfoundland in position N47.48/E47.07 in thick fog on 07/06. She sailed for Port Cartier for inspection where it was concluded that a temporary repair before loading was necessary. The ship was trimmed and the bow partly stranded and the hole partly repaired with concrete. She continued trading, with approval of the DnV, until dry docking in October. 1975 Sold to Leittech Transport Ltd., Toronto, Canada in February for USD 12,0 mill. renamed CAPE BRETON HIGHLANDER. Delivered to her new owners in Hamburg on 27/02-1975 1976 Transferred to Fort Weller Dry Docks Ltd, Port Weller 1979 New owners, Upper Lakes Shipping Ltd., St. Catherin's, NB, Canada. Converted by St. John Shipbuilding & Dry Dock Co., Ltd., St. John, NB. Renamed CANADIAN HIGHLANDER. Registered in Toronto, Canada 1983 Sold to Marbulk Carriers Inc (Leitch Transport Ltd), renamed CITADELL HILL and registered in Port Vila, Vanuatu 1987 Sold to Upper Lakes Shipping Ltd (Leitch Transport Ltd), Vanuatu 1994 Sold to breaking in India. Arrived Alang 03/05-1994
